NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS
C-Span is the smart choice to replace timber or web joist for residential mid-floors. Floor materials are screwed with specialised wing-tek screws and glued to the joist and as there are no component parts within the joist, this virtually eliminates squeaks.
PRE-PUNCHED SERVICE HOLES
These allow for services to be installed without having to modify the floor system. C-Span is manufactured with flared service holes to increase strength and ensure the services are not damaged with any sharp edges.
USE WITH TIMBER OR STEEL FRAMES
C-Span can be used with timber or steel frames. Custom connections and all fasteners are supplied included in the quoted price.
