For most residential mid-floors the joists can be man handled into position with no crane required.

C-Span can be assembled into a cassette on the ground prior to lifting into place on larger projects.

FULLY ENGINEERED

C-Span engineered steel floors can be panelised on site then installed using a mobile crane. Floors can be installed in a matter of minutes rather than hours or days saving time, removing waste and reducing site working risks.

COST EFFECTIVE

C-Span is very competitively priced with lineal metre prices 30% to 50% less than timber or web joists.  No hidden costs.  C-Span is quoted delivered to your site with all connections and fasteners required for the project.

The spanning capability of C-Span makes it ideal for residential mid-floors, multi-storey townhouses, sub-floors on stumps or piles and mezzanine floors in commercial projects.

HOW IT'S MADE

C-SPAN is manufactured from cold rolled galvanised steel and comprises a C section joist and a perimeter section that incorporates a tab to which the joIsts are fastened through pre-punched holes. Joists have pre-punched service holes for fast installation of services.
